  • Place a drop of the ACV on a spot on your skin that is not infected by the fungi.
  • Do not use if the substance cause irritation or redness on your skin.

If your skin passes the “patch test”, then you can proceed to the procedure below:

  • You will need sponge gauze, cotton ball or damp cloth to get this done
  • Dip the sponge gauze inside the apple cider vinegar

  • Repeat this at least 2 times in a day and leave it there for 30 minutes.
  • You may have slight stinging sensation at the start, but it will subside later.
