Natural Remedies For Nightfall


Nightfall is known as the uncontrolled ejaculation of semen during sleep. Nightfall is generally caused by sexual arousal and orgasm from dreams.

Night fall or nocturnal emission is completely normal for males during teenage and early adult years.

As soon as boys enter puberty,  a lot of hormonal changes occur in their body. These changes can result in spontaneous erections during sleep or, during the day and nocturnal emissions.

Night fall can be very frustrating for young men because most of the times the reasons for it confuses them and also because they find it very embarrassing to discuss with not only their parents but also with their peers.

Men who masturbate too many times in a day , watch porn or think about sex way too much are  prone to nightfall.

Men should know that there is nothing to be embarrassed about, because most men will experience nightfall sometime during their life.

Best Remedies For Nightfall



Some of the most persistent symptoms of Nightfall are

  • Pain in different parts of the body – especially in the joints
  • A severe lack of concentration
  • Anemia
  • General malaise
  • Pain in the testicles
  • Gastric complaints
  • Fatigue
  • Indigestion
  • Constipation
  • Dullness
  • Emancipation

In young boys,  nightfall may  prevent proper growth. Prolonged nightfall may result in other secondary problems such as weakness and hair loss.

Sleep cycles may be disrupted and boys may also experience very poor quality sleep.




From time immemorial Onion has been used by men with nightfall, because it is proven that men who eat lots of onions do not get wet dreams. Onion reduces the chances of getting nightfall.

Men should have onions in their foods.  Onions will help to get rid of nightfall. Onions work best when eaten raw.

Eat banana and milk.

Mashing a few bananas and add them to a glass of warm milk helps relief nightfall. This should be taken  at bedtime (preferably 30 minutes beforehand) to curb nocturnal emissions while asleep.  The man can also opt to eat some bananas at night before going to bed, followed with a glass of warm milk for added benefits.

This remedy should be taken every night for at least a month or so to get wholesome relief from nightfall and its side effects.

Taking cold water bath/shower at night (preferably 30 minutes before going to sleep )

This is also effective in preventing nocturnal emissions to an extent. Cold water bath would promote sound sleep, leaving no place for wet dreams. Alternatively soaking the feet in a tub of cold water for about 30 minutes every night before going to sleep would also effectively curb nightfall and promote sound sleep.


Garlic is literary a home remedy to every disease. Add garlic to your meals if you suffer from nightfall. In addition to adding more garlic to your meals, you can opt to swallow a few cloves of
raw garlic along with some water before going to bed each night . This would effectively prevent wet dreams, and effectively treat conditions like premature ejaculation and infertility that could also lead to wet dreams.


A lot of people who have experienced nightfall swear by the effectiveness of plain yogurt in treating the condition. They claim Gulping down a few cups of curd throughout the day and right before bedtime to get relief from the condition.

Essential Oils

Bathing in lukewarm water by adding any of the following essential oils:sandalwood oil, chamomile oil, lavender oil or rose oil before bedtime to get beneficial results.


Add Fenugreek juice to your food: Fenugreek is a spice or herb which is very effective to treat sex and hormone related problems and it is also used in vegetables to improve taste. If you are suffering from Nightfall this may help you to get rid of it.


Tomato contains an element called lycopene, which is very beneficial for human sex health.  Lycopene converts the human sperm in magnum sperm and makes the sperm more viscous. By this it will reduce the chances of Nightfall or wet dreams. Lycopene also improves sex power and makes you strong and active.


Yoga and other relevant exercises help men to have full control over their mind and body. Yoga and exercise is an effective step to avoid sex related activities that invite nightfall.

Hot tea or Coffee:

Drinking a hot cup of tea or coffee before  bedtime can also be extremely comforting for the body and mind, and can promote good sleep, helping to reduce the chances of experiencing nocturnal emissions to a great extent.
